Hampton Inn Madison

Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to beautiful Madison Ohio. Visiting family for a funeral, everyone was very friendly making the difficult time less stressful.

Well, except for the barking dog “service dog”, right. I believe there were family members there that were not paying guests. The one with the dog especially. I get off the elevator and this dog starts barking at me aggressively. Couple people at the breakfast bar, the way they were talking to the staff, first name basis about personal things, in pajamas, like an older teenager who might have a mental handicap and built up 3 plates and said , “oh they will bring more sausage gravy out”, the kitchen staff had no idea they were out. Not the greatest experience. But hey, nothing will be done about it. Stayed here as opposed to Sleep Inn because we usually stay at a Hilton. Just a low grade on this one

Stayed here with my family, very nice hotel and staff was great and friendly. Definitely stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hampton, while visiting families in the area.

We arrived at midnight and everything about the stay was wonderful. Had the best rest, and our family got on our journey the next morning refreshed. Big rooms, comfy beds

The hotel itself was fantastic. The people at the front desk were friendly and efficient, the rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was fresh and hot. My issue was the girls softball team that was staying there at the same time. The big group of girls were loud and unruly. The parents did not say a word. My children could not use the pool and my husband and I could not take advantage of the nice outdoor area. The team was using the pool all day and they put a chair in the door of both exits, so their voices carried through to the outside area. Of course, they were also paying guests, but it was just all too much.

We will be staying again! Lobby was big, with lots of seating to eat the continental breakfast. Staff was excellent. Very kind and helpful. Beds were so comfy, we didn't want to get out of them. I did think the pool was a bit small. I know we were there on a busy weekend. 2 families were there already and it just seemed crowded.

Great hotel for a family with young children. The breakfast is amazing!

My son and I took a trip before he heads off to college. The Hampton Inn in Madison Ohio was one of the best places we stayed. The place was so pressed and clean. Anything you may need they were right there to help you. They even had a worker that helped me find my way to the Walmart site near by. She literally had me follow her to Walmart. Now if that's not service I don't know what is. They made sure that I returned okay and all. No request went unanswered or with out a smile and extra check if I needed anything. The beds are amazing and the comforters are like fluffy clouds. I never seen a speckle of dirt,dust or hair anywhere. They make sure that there's always hot coffee and water to make tea or cocoa ready at all times for you as soon as you walk in. They take care of everyone like they are family. Never once did I not see a smile on anyones face working or even staying there. Again thanks for a Amazing stay! Definitely will be back.
