the hotel staff is excellent meeting all our needs — the pool was amazing and tired all the grandkids out!! great stay

It was a comfortable room. We asked for an extra blanket and towels and the staff was quick to deliver. My kids loved the waffles, we all know if your kids and wife are happy your life will be easy.

There were half empty soda bottles in the room, on the floor upon arrival as well as waht I think was once a slice pizza on the window sill. My crawling infant was of course immediatley drawn to the soda bottle-Yuck! There was also hair on the bathroom floor and all over the tub. Perhaps they skipped our room for cleaning prior to our arrival?

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to help us during our stay. Also the breakfast in the morning was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well!
