Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites

We stay here when we visit family in Columbiana. Just the nicest hotel you could ask for. Love the common areas on each floor. The staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is always excellent.

Our stay with 3 kids was great! The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was hot and tastey. The pool was a little chilly for my liking but I enjoyed the hottub. Our suite was extremely spacious which is a must when traveling with the family. We will definitely return!

It has a home like free. The jetted tub suite are wonderful. And it’s very kid friendly

Hotel and staff were amazing. Very clean, very large rooms, front desk folks were fantastic. We had a wonderful hot breakfast each morning. Our kids had a blast at the pool. We were in the area for a dance competition and did not have a lot of extra time to swim and the kids were sad. Asked if we could go early on check out day but maintenance was getting it ready for the day. They ended up calling our room 15 minutes early and let us in plus gave us a late check out so the kids had time to enjoy it and get cleaned up back at our room after for us to travel home. Can't say enough about how great the staff was including those preparing breakfast, the cleaning staff, and especially the front desk. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Only negatives during our stay were that the room above us was very loud stomping around all night and there can be some road noise if your room is at the front side of the building. Other than that, great stay. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. Great hotel.
