Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

Our room had broken glass in the window, spots that needed painting, and the latch on the door was broken. The very commendable part of our visit was the management evicting some guests who were being loud, screaming, and had children running through the halls.

The property needs some upgrades and attention. This is more for transit workers and not really family stays in my opinion.

We were there for a family trip, hotel was a bit dated and needed some more upkeep. Breakfast was fine and staff was good.

The stay was overall good. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel because we were only in for one night. I liked that the hotel offered filtered water so i had water available to my family since we forgot to bring bottled water. My only complaint would be the air conditioner kept kicking off so the room would get very warm and continued to wake me up throughout the night.

We just stayed one night making our way home from the holidays. Overall good stay, the first room we had also had a “family” of ladybugs on the ceiling. The front desk woman was very accommodating and switched our room to a larger one and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your typical “free breakfast” although they did have a waffle maker so my son was happy

My stay here was laughable, to say the least. My biggest complaint is that the bedrooms themselves were simply not safe! I stayed my first night and got seriously got 30 flee bites from sleeping in my bed! The AC unit in the room was malfunctioning as well and was found to be leaking in the morning all over the floor. So that was exactly the reason I was under my covers, covered head to toe in clothing but again still received bug bites. I complained and was "graciously moved to another room" -hello that was the bare minimum- only to find mold in the bathroom. ON MY VACATION I had to go to a family member's house to wash all of the clothes and sanitize everything I brought to ensure I wouldn't take anything home with me as I'm from out of state. Upon check out, I checked to make sure I'd get one night free due to the conditions of the first room I stayed in and no notes were left behind to prove this so the staff I talked to was clueless. Luckily the 'helpful' owner helped me out and assured I would not be charged for my one night stay. I said I wanted to complain about the mold in my bathroom and he became very agitated almost immediately. Never upon any of my complaints did I make a scene, was degrading or rude to staff and yet I was immediately met with hostility! The man was acting like the things I was complaining about were small things when in fact they weren't at all! They were actual health hazards! We argued until he ushered me out the door & told me never to return

Stayed here 1 night for a family event. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room & bathroom were clean. All in all a good stay. Would definitely recommend!

We traveled for a visit with family. We stayed 5 nights. All in all it was a nice stay, but we did feel that a few up-grades could be made. When we checked in, we were not informed that there is no in room house keeping, therefore we had to put our used towels and trash outside of our door each day to be picked up by the housekeeping staff. If we wanted clean towels or other bathroom needs, we had to go to the front desk and get them. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working properly, it sounded like it was going to cease up when we tried to use it. The window didn't have a screen, so we were unable to open the window. The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working, so we had to go down stairs for ice. It was quiet and friendly, just needed a bit of touching up. I would stay here again.
