Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milan – Sandusky Area, an IHG Hotel

Great staff, great customer service, they made my first trip to Ohio worth coming back! The print out of restaurants and things to do in the area was so cool . My family had a great time .Thank you.

This is a wonderful, updated HIE near Cedar Point. The staff was attentive and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was new and updated. It’s about 20 mins from the park and was a great place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was satisfactory and well stocked. Our only complaint was the carpets were dirty under the beds, we found an old baby bottle under one them and trash.

Easy checkin, modern look, clean rooms and my kids enjoyed the pool.

It’s new and amazing the beds are comfy it’s space in the for a family of 6 it’s about 15 20 mins away from cedar point it’s literally 7 mins away from Kalahari and great wolf lodge! It’s it’s a great location for me. Next time me and my family go to Ohio we are definitely staying here. Oh the breakfast is complimentary from 6am-10 and the food is actually good also the pool is a decent size it go up to 4 1/2 ft so if you go to Ohio stay here.

Stayed 1-night as we extended our family trip for another day in Sandusky. This was one of the few hotels that wasn't booked and had reasonable rates. Easy drive to Cedar Point and also about 20-25 minute drive to the Safari/Aviation Museum. We walked to the gas station for late night snacks. Casting movies to the TV from our phone was nice. Kids reported the indoor pool was very cold and opted out of swimming. Breakfast left a bit to be desired but included typical hotel offerings (pancakes, different omelette each day, cereals, toast...). Room was nice - loved the use of Dove hand/hair care products included.

We stayed one night for a soccer tournament. Check-in was simple, the room was very clean. The kids loved the pool and appreciated the comfortable swimming/playing temperature. The beds were comfortable and the electric shades were so nice. The bathroom was surprisingly big and also very clean. Breakfast was great with many options from cereal and bagels to mini omelets and cinnamon rolls. It was nice to see staff wiping down the handrails in the stairwells during the day and so helpful that there was a guide channel on the television so the kids could quickly find something to watch and unwind after a long day. At night the room was very quiet. Check-out was just as quick. Kudos to the friendly staff! Keep up the great work, we’d definitely stay again!
