Although, there was a stain on the couch & the hottub was luke warm [I notified them] & ants in the swimming pool I would more than happily go back with my family, given the confort & Great Customer Service, & Fresh Breakfast avaliable!

The walls are very thin and if you have an infant-toddler age not a good choice to stay here. Beds are okay. Breakfast was the same every day we were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed 2 and left the 2nd night because our toddler couldn’t sleep with people yelling and hooting and hollering in the hallway.

While our room wasn’t too bad, the pool area wasn’t the greatest. Upon checking in nothing was mentioned about the hot tub not working. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so when it was only filled to the benches we were pretty disappointed. I asked the front desk and she said she didn’t know what was wrong with it and her manager was coming at 11 PM to look at it.. there were also no towels left in the pool area so I asked for some and she said “oh I put some in there” and I responded that the shelf was empty so she gave me theee for my family of 5.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems but, this time we were on third floor. There were kids running through the hallway at 1 am. Someone had a dog that barked when there was noise. We were also woken by Fire Alarm around 1:30am. No one said anything about the fire alarm. Fire trucks did arrive. We found out on third day they had a dryer that started smoking. We talked to manager about noise and fire alarm. She said since we went through Expedia, she couldn’t do anything and gave us her card when we stay in future. It was not a good stay!

Every thing was great. Pool a little cold. Breakfast was not good. It was ok. No waffles or kid cereal.

We stopped for just overnight while we passed through. Cold breakfast options were plenty full, hot options were limited and not the greatest. Pool was fun for the kids, hot tub was worn and dated.
