The hotel overall was very nice, but we had a very noisy person above us that made it a very unpleasant stay. The front desk was notified three times of the issue but failed to do anything about it. This was supposed to be an overnight getaway from the kids that turned into a sleepless night.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that we were in a corner suite and there was a small child above us that kept running around early in the morning. We told the hotel staff twice and they said they talked to them. Still happened the next day. Next time we will ask for the top floor. Other than that, great place and excellent location.

We loved the location! There’s lots of shopping and restaurants conveniently located just across the street or within walking distance. We also had a Whole Foods across the street which is nice since we had a small, full kitchen. The neighborhood around the hotel was very clean and safe. Full of family homes and schools. Perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is also very clean with kind, helpful staff. If the beds weren’t hard as a rock, I would definitely return. Unfortunately the hard beds made it very hard to get a good nights sleep for both me and my husband.
