Best Western Suites

We had a great time swimming and spending time together. The floors in the bathroom and in the pool area were a bit dirty and in need of maintenance. Nothing horrible but do need some attention. The pool and hot tub were warm and the kids loved it. Breakfast was amazing. The best Ive seen at a hotel!

The bedroom was nice, large, and clean.. until I moved the couch or nightstand. Dusty, dirty, and even a pink fingernail. We came for my child’s spring break because of the heated pool, but it was closed multiple times over our 5 day stay for “maintenance” that lasted for >5 hours. We were checked in under the wrong name. We asked for towels multiple times and no one was at the front desk every time we walked up. I don’t mind people smoking either, but they were clearly doing it in the room above us as the smell was inescapable. At 7:00am two mornings, they were doing construction on the room across the hall, adding new mattresses, singing loudly and yelling to each other. There was one employee we saw working diligently, maybe in her 50’s and blonde, she was very kind.

Large room very clean. Only thing not good was we are a family of 4 and only towels supplied were for 3 people. Should have had room prepared for 4 people.

The workers were all very nice. Beds were super comfy, kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel breakfast was surprisingly good!

Was disappointed that the hot tub was cold and the pool was very cloudy, my room was handicapped and it smelled like mold.The breakfest was good had a variety of breakfast items. The last day the kids wanted to go swimming and they closed the pool down but for 2 days it was cloudy.

Stayed here with my family, including a year old infant for 3 nights. Rooms and the entire hotel were well maintained and they were so clean and tidy. All the amenities and services they highlighted were reachable and were in good working condition. The Staff were polite and helped all along the stay. No extra cost for parking. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub as much as we could. Morning breakfast was good and items were refilled quickly. The only hustle was that you could hear outside noise from people passing by your room. Ultimately I would recommend this for everyone one who prefers to stay in a budget hotel with cleanliness as their top focus.

We took our little one on her first weekend getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We felt safe in the area, the room was extremely clean, and she was totally enamored by the sofa bed…I was amazed at how comfy it was as well! The front desk staff was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The housekeeping staff had done an excellent job with our room and the property in general. And the best for last…breakfast. I have never been so amazed by a continental breakfast before. Nothing was ever out of stock, cold or yuck. It was all incredible and my picky toddler even ate! Overall a wonderful experience!

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky for our kid (which was bothersome for all no matter how quietly he’d try to get up in the night.) Would have been nice for the front desk person to have asked if we’d like the bedding for that bed (we thought it would be in the closet) so we didn’t have to call and go get it. Prefer that both sides of each bed have a little shelf for water/books etc…only those closest to center of room have a place for these things.

Great service, nice workers, extremely clean, breakfast was super yummy. Perfect place to stay for a family getaway.
