This an older facility but it is very clean and convenient for or stays visiting family in the area.

I was talking to the lady at the desk and told her about the kids in the next 2 rooms being very loud and she told us that she could move us and she even helped us carry our stuff to another room. It ended up being a very good birthday.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The price is good for what amenities and services are offered. We were in the area for a family function. The area, in general, is very run down and depressed. This is no fault of the hotel. But when we must visit, we like to stay here because it is an affordable option to staying with relatives. It is very basic, and has done an update of fresh paint and carpet in the last year, but it will never be confused with luxury. However, as I said, it serves well the basic need for a comfortable and clean place to stay at a decent price.
