Hampton Inn Circleville

We always stay at the Hampton Inn in Circleville everytime we come there to Circleville , but this last stay was different we never find one thing wrong with our room but we did find a pair of dirty socks that wasn’t ours in between the cabinet the TV hangs on and the first little cabinet our lugguge sits on which was gross and smelled horrible but had wondered why our room smelled so bad as we bought a Febreeze but we didn’t notice the socks until we was packing up to leave I would say it was a worker because they were muddy and dirty and also our room smelled like mariquana when we first walked in so strong we left for the day and came back that night due to having a asthma attack and again sprayed Febreeze as it didn’t help so we checked out early and left we wanted to book in the future but we’re skeptical about it . Other then that we had a good visit with our family

Was in town for a quick family get together and the hotel was perfect. Very nice, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Was also near many restaurants.

We went there for a baseball tournament and 3 out of 4 of our families had injuries from slipping at the pool. The tile is supper slick and it is very dangerous! Also, we went to breakfast at 9:30, it was supposed to go until 10 but there was no food left. We asked 2 different staff and were told they would bring more out but they never did. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to others.

I was coming home from a trip to visit family and they helped me fund a place to eat and made me.feel safe and comfortable.

The hotel was nice in clean. Way too chlorine in the water the kids where coughing, their eyes were burning and you could smell it heavy in the air. The worst part was the male staff member and the manager. They are were rude and disrespectful, they lied

The floor was filthy, our feet stuck to it as soon as we walked in. The frig was covered in something greasy, our bedspreads were hanging on the floor on one side, and found a used q-tip on the floor. Asked for different room but said they were full and even if there was one we couldn't get it because we booked thru hotels.com. Lady at the front desk did bring us lysol wipes and said housekeeping could clean it the next day. Very disappointed in the hotel. We were there visiting family.

This location is 15-minutes from our family in Ashville and is our #1 place to stay when we have extended visits. It's generally well-maintained and provides all the amenities we expect from Hampton Inn. It's easy access from I-23; close to many food spots, gas stations; and is right next to Walmart. A troublesome aspect was other guests not being mindful of the no smoking policy in certain areas/floors. There were nights when the elevator and hallway strongly smelled of weed and cigarettes. A family member is highly asthmatic and this was problematic. We also experienced days when housekeeping would knock and enter our room when the DND sign was on the door. Be aware that the customer service from most employees are exceptional, while a few are not so great in comparison. Overall though, the quality of the rooms and amenities are good and we'd stay here again.
