Did family trip! This hotel was amazing. Situated in an amazing location. Pool is open til 11pm. It costs to park but it was well worth it.

The property was clean, rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was pretty good. Attendant kept area clean and stocked. Front desk staff and housekeepers were nice. Overall the stay was pretty good. My only complaint is that the pool was filty. It was so nasty and cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom. I refused to allow my children to swim in that swamp! I should have addressed the pool issue with the staff, but there were others who chose to swim regardless of the state of the pool, so I decided not to be the one to complain.

The place was clean and smelled good staff was friendly and nice room was clean only one thing i can say about the room was we saw ants but it was not a lot so i didn't report it they just need to spray that room one good time . Other then that i will stay there again of im in town . Also the breakfast was good it was by far the best i ever had when i stay at other hotels . I give the hotel a 9/10 would recommend it to my friends and family

Very clean property and the staff was amazing. I will be staying here the next time I come to Cincinnati. Also it’s very close to the university, so if you have a child going there or visiting it’s a great location.

Bedding was filthy and full of hair… upon talking to front desk they informed me that there was hair everywhere due to something I’m not even going to put on here due to being completely inappropriate. Then one of the breakfast ladies was nasty to me and my kids. I will NEVER stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s a lovely hotel, this time sadly I was needing to use the pullout sofa and that was less than ideal for 2 ppl. It’s more of a trundle bed for kids than a bed for adults, also the pull out bed is very sharp I nearly broke my foot hitting it on there every time I walked through. Our bathroom door was also broken and would not close or open without alot of force and loudness. I believe the pandemic has made this a bit less of a good hotel.

This is the best experience we have ever had at any hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible and met every need we had. Really feels like a big family that works here. The rooms were clean and cozy and breakfast was yummy as well. Highly recommend this property!
