My family spent the weekend celebrating my birthday. Location is walkable, shuttle stop in front, staff friendly My only complaints are the shower water took a while to get hot and the sink had a slow drain

We were on a family trip to visit the Newport Aquarium and the Cinncinati Zoo, we were very happy that this hotel was very close to both.

Fantastic 2 bedroom suite. Lots of bathroom space and awesome shower ! One of the tvs didn’t work but the second bedrooms tv worked just fine and let the kids log into Netflix. ( big bonus) No pool but the fitness center WAS AMAZING.

Great and safe location. Wouldn’t switch to river view due to using a third party to book. No indoor pool for kids.

Stayed 1 night with family for a Reds game. Location was good with trolley stop at the property. Trolley will take you to downtown Cincy for $1 per person. Room was fine but the bathroom floors were not cleaned adequately and were covered in a sticky film. Breakfast was ok - slightly below average for this type of hotel; kids enjoyed it though.

Layout is great for family and room was beautiful. However, towels looked dirty/stained, there was no body wash in shower and breakfast ended too early. Breakfast choices weren’t great for kids.

The hotel is very quiet and the rooms fairly large and clean the white bathroom was spotless. This is one of very few hotels with a decent selection of cable channels. Enjoy a view of the Ohio river and Ohio with your breakfast. Quick access to I-475 I would recommend this hotel to my family.

Our restroom was broken when we first arrived. Went out to eat and the elevator was broken. My family which consists of three kids had to walk up 5 flights of steps. When I attempted to checkout and get a printed receipt for a expense report, no one was present. I heard staff in the back room and knocked, everyone quieted down and no one appeared. Finally, left my key at the front desk and left. Waited 15 mins and no employee was attending the front desk and I evened called and no one answered. The only positive is that the location is great but a bad experience as a consumer.

We were there for the fireworks. Breakfast was good - bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs, waffles and other assorted pastries. Good beds & pillows, great view, good parking. Very convenient & walkable to everything. Nice bathrooms with soft TP & good bedding. Had corner 5th floor room, river facing, & couldn't hear kids in rooms nextdoor. SLOW elevators- even before it got busy. Take the stairs. Easy early check-in. Nice staff. I recommend it & would stay again.
