Our room was clean. Parking is kind of pain but we parked across the street and paid $23 for one night of parking. Attendant over there was rude. The entrance is beautiful but kind of confusing that the lobby is on the second floor. Check in was smooth and she was very smooth. We rented the 2 queen bed suite which was perfect for our family of 4. I was able tonlay the kids down and be able to still stay up and watch the tv in the living room. Having a working kitchen was great having kids as well. It was kind of expensive but it was worth it for how close we were to the stadium. Carpets were old in the hallways.

The layout of the suite was very convenient for our needs, however the disappointments came with the grimy feel of the common spaces, particularly the floors, and a few issues in the room. We started our visit by being sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and was littered with trash. Once we finally got a room we could stay in our main complaints were how terribly uncomfortable and cheap the pull out felt (not level, broken down, feeling every spring), the cabinet above the toilet loose and pulling away from the wall, and all the little tidbits of trash my kids found as they played in the floor under the edges of things (beads, guitar picks, stickers, tags from new clothes).

The hotel and room are very outdated. The hotel still has carpet that is horrible, disgusting very dirty. Half of the elevators don't work. The room is very outdated, carpet all over that is very dirty. The room was not properly cleaned, sticky stuff on the table, leftover food in the ice bucket. In the kitchen there was literally 1 plate, how are you supposed to use the kitchen if you are a family of 4, with 1 plate? No, paper towel no garbage can. Overall, the worst hotel I ever stayed at. For the price and the location I expected much more. It really an update, take that carpet out from all over the place and give your rooms a deep clean.
