Lady at check in was so friendly with a wonderful personality. The room itself was very disappointing (for price) out dated only one set of USB ports in the alarm clock, bed was very uncomfortable and low to the ground ( I sell mattress’s for a living) the mattress was 10” thick at best, good quality mattress should be 14-16” had to ask for 3-5 extra pillows because pillows were so thin and gave no support. Did not sleep well all 3 nights. Make sure you have a current Netflix account available as there are very few TV channel options!! Very little vanity space in bathroom so if staying more than 1 night be prepared to pack up or toiletries each day to make space. Shower was very nice great water pressure (a plus) we had a split room with sitting area, but at night had to turn AC down to 65-66 for bedroom to cool down any!! It was the first time my wife & I had been to Cincinnati and the Phelps, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the overall stay & would not recommend to friends and family (it may have unfortunately just been our room, but we will never know) one of the reasons we stayed here was from reading previous reviews before booking.

Very quiet room, we never heard any other party. The room was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the complimentary breakfast every morning. The ladies who took care of the dining room and food were very friendly. They refilled everything promptly and always met us with a high chair when they saw us coming. Over all we had an excellent stay. Two things the note the Expedia website said there were cribs onsite available. I called before we left luckily and there are no cribs so we brought our own pack n’ play. Also we anticipated that there would be parking at the hotel which there wasn’t unless you paid $42 a day for valet or where lucky enough to find a spot nearby.

My family and i were in town for Disney on Ice. Our stay was nice the rooms were clean and the breakfast attendants were so friendly. There was one employee that stood out. I unfortunately didnt catch his name but i believe he is a valet attendant, tall white male. He was there Saturday night when we checked in and also Sunday night when we checked out. He was helpful and very friendly, when we arrived he apologized for the delay at the front desk and that they'd be right with us. Then later he explained how to get to Heritage Bank Center. He also welcomed us back when we arrived back from the show. The next day he wished us a good day as we were leaving. Overall amazing customer service.

All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It is a beautiful and historic building. Our microwave was broken, which was disappointing. Even then, front staff sent a maintenance person to take a look (after 10 PM) and they generously offered to microwave my family member’s meal.

Loved the hotel itself, and staff was very sweet and accommodating. My only complaint was parking. Valet service was available, however our reason for staying left us with the possibility of needing to leave to get to our kid in case of emergency (Any other time we would have utilized the valet service). We were told free off street parking was around, and if all else failed we could park in the parking garage… but we were unsure of where it was.
