Symphony Hotel & Restaurant

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was extremely friendly and my room was really nice and cozy, i would definitely stay here again. The included parking was also really great as i had family staying in a different hotel and they had to pay for parking every night. The only complaint i had was the coffee maker still had a used pod leftover from whoever had stayed there before and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise i had a great experience here

This was a stay to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we had heard such amazing things about the hotel from friends and family. Unfortunately, our stay was awful as soon as we walked in the door. The check in process was screwball and we had to wait in the lobby for almost 20 minutes for someone to come help us. The AC in the room did not work. The toilet got clogged after one use, and they didn’t have a plunger on property (really??) and maintenance refused to come. We were told we could switch rooms (on our way out of the door for a concert). After that, we were told we would have to use the bathroom down the stairs and down the hall (annoying), or we could let the front desk guy go into our room, touch and pack up all of our stuff, and move it across the hall. NOPE. Then we were told he would leave the room across the hall unlocked and the key in the room, if we wanted to switch at 1:00am. No key. Door not open. The AC unit started kicking HEAT on at 12:15am, and then to top the wonderful night off, the toilet massively overflowed at 1:30am, and all 5 towels in the room weren’t enough to sop up the mess.
