Two gentlemen I met at check-in were very polite and friendly! The hotel was clean and smelled great and above my expectations of any hotel. Felt safe at night, contrary to some other reviews I had read. Wish we had gotten back to take advantage of the chill area downstairs before 10. If the kids were with us this would’ve been great for our teens. Lovely lady who made breakfast, thank you for the piping hot coffee and eggs and fresh fruit. I’m so bad with names but she was the only one preparing this morning.

We had a great 5 day stay for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. The hotel was quiet and clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the kids enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool. We would definitely book again if we find ourselves in Cincinnati!

My kids and I stayed here one night to go to an FC Cincinnati soccer game. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was, in our opinion, walking distance to the stadium. It was maybe a 10 minute walk but nice sidewalks and all made it very doable. Rooms were very nice. I would recommend using the public parking garage right beside the hotel rather than valet. The garage is $10 a day. Valet was 36. We will definitely stay at TownePlace suites again.

Comfortable room, kind staff and some great architectural features retained in the main floor from its original state. Salt water pool was very fun for the kids! We’ve had a nice time.
