Pool water to cold to swim. Air around pool was chilly. Mom with kids in water complaining about the cold water. I brought my swim suit and left.

We took a family vacation for Spring break to the city for two nights. We loved the walk to the ballpark stadium was not too far. The room was clean. The only issue was my sons and husband were very frustrated and disappointed they could not watch the March madness tournament as the TV had no service and we could not get any channels. We had the front desk send the service man up, but he said he would have to let the cable company know. They were bummed, but spent more time in the pool which was fun too. We would stay here again. Complimentary coffee would be a huge bonus as the line at the coffee shop was always a minimum ten-minute wait.

Pool hours are not good, there should be adult only time for the pool. They could offer adult time from 9-11 so that everyone who pays to be a hotel guest can use all the facilities. We were unable to take advantage of the pool because if some sort of convention for home school kids. The area was packed the entire time the pool was open

Very clean and the restaurant was great! Pool was warm and the kids loved it. About a 7 minute drive to the Aquarium and shops in Newport

Overall, the hotel was great. Service, cleanliness and amenities. The only areas for improvement are if hotel rooms could have more walking space and the indoor pool could be heated better for the kids.

We went to a Reds game as a family and this hotel was perfect. 10min walk to the stadium. Nice rooms and the restaurant had a great breakfast

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency during a quick trip for a Reds game. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was kind. We appreciated them finding us a room, despite arriving a couple hours early, so we could get to the game. The location was great for a game. We parked overnight at the lot right next door for $23 rather than paying for valet. Our only issue was that the pool area was super small and packed with kids. Not the hotel's responsibility by any means but something to be aware of if you're planning on having access.

I was in Cincinnati for a visit with family and decided to spend a night in the city with my granddaughter. We thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature although not very deep. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant, the best burger I have had in a long time--highly recommended! Overall, a wonderful stay!

The property was located around the river, stadiums, and the fifth third square, which was ideal for my family, as we enjoyed the area and what it had to offer. Would stay there again.
