We stayed at this location for my daughters college tour. We called ahead and said we would be a late arrival. We were told no worries, be careful, drive safe and see you when you get in. We arrived about 9pm. The employee at the desk waa amazing, wonderful ans very friendly. Asked if i wanted water or coffee because he know i had been driving thru some bad weather. Our room was so nice and clean and warm. We had a survey card from Jason and the room at my name on the tv when i arrived. I thought it was so nice! And the kids were impressed. It was a clean, quiet and restful night. Breakfast was a large varied of hot, cold and everything in between. Lady working the breakfast area was very sweet!

Room was fine and clean ; the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was good but the service area again was very small and hard to navigate when there were many people. The staff was very nice. We were there for BGSU family weekend and I did not like how inflated the room prices were, it was expensive for a Best Western.

This was a nice hotel for the family weekend at my daughter’s college though I felt they all raised prices for this weekend. I asked for a first floor because there’s no elevator and I have a bad knee (plus who wants to lug suitcases up stairs?) The free breakfast was appreciated. Staff made us hot chocolate when we returned from the football 🏈 game frozen and soaking wet for free at the main desk plus offered up free bottled water upon check out for the drive home. Very responsive to their phone as I had shampoo explode in a make up bag and needed extra tissues and wash cloth to clean my toiletries off. I would stay here again. I felt safe and it was easy parking and although our door was exterior our vehicle was right outside the door steps away. Everything was clean and they provided toiletries and knocked the first morning to ask if we needed anything else or anything refilled. They had the lobby decorated in the Halloween spirit and local coupon booklets at the front desk too.

The outside is definitely outdated. The staff was very friendly and offer complimentary water bottles. There are 2 separate areas. The newer inside one that has all interior rooms and then the separate outside rooms. We stayed in a family suite on the inside. There are only 2 family suites and both are located inside. One on the first floor and one on the second. There are no elevators. The carpet is outdated and the dining chair was stained. There was a little bit of a musty smell upon entrance to the room. The room was very large which a separate living room and little kitchen area with a small sink, microwave and small fridge. There was a small table and 2 dining chairs. The bedroom with 3 beds was a separate room with a door that would close to living room. The couch was a pull out couch that a little ripped but we did not use it as a bed anyway. The beds were comfortable. I did like that there was a separate sink for another person to get ready outside the bathroom. The bathroom was a full bath. The ice machine and stairwell are right outside the room. So we did hear the ice maker if someone getting ice etc. To resolve this I just kept the fan on the air conditioner running. McDonald’s is literally right next door and Bowling Green Campus is rig it across the street. We did not eat the breakfast or see what it had to offer.

My family and I were staying overnight for an orientation at Bowling Green. We loved the friendly staff.
