We like the property each year we have a family outing. We don’t spend much time at the hotel but it is located just off the highway. Waffle House within walking distance great for late night. Service is great simple breakfast average. This year we did have 2 rooms located on the first floor and it had an oder that took some getting used to. The other 5 rooms on the second floor was just fine.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience when we are visiting the area. Our children stayed in another room and had a few issues with the bedding, which was replaced, and noise from the AC. We will return to this hotel in the future.

It is a convenient and comfortable stopover for our occasional trips to visit family in Grand Rapids (we live about 90 miles south of Buffalo in the Southern Tier of NY).

Most of the staff was very friendly. You get no extras though. We asked for an extra pillow and for the entire week said they didn’t have one. They gave me a blanket to fold and use as a pillow on day 3. The beds are super stiff and in our opinion pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, cereal didn’t have much taste to it, there were no scrambled eggs or anything so we ended up eating out most of the time. We stayed here because originally our pets were suppose to be with us but plans changed. I will say it’s in a very convenient area to shopping, restaurants, dining and in our case family was near by so it worked out but it wouldn’t be my top choice to stay at again.
