Holiday Inn & Suites Toledo Southwest - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

Suite was perfect for young family. Pool was very nice. Hotel bar only open in 10p was a bit disappointing…but we were the only people down there.

Two employees at check in desk were extremely rude. I was very pleasant when I arrived, and was treated terribly. Also, two or three large buses of children & parents had checked in. After waiting for over a 1/2 hour for the elevator (children & parents filled the lobby and surrounding area), a dad finally offered to let me go ahead and not wait for their entire group to clear out. All the nasty front desk person told me was to carry my heavy bags up to the third floor via the stairs. Room was okay but smelled bad. Morning desk agent was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Overall, would not stay here again for what the room cost.

Too family oriented

The room lists two breakfasts included in your stay, but be advised that that is only for children and with a purchase of an adult buffet. Kids meals are free at the restaurant on site with the purchase of an adult meal. That was a nice surprise. Overall, it is a great hotel. Super clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

The hotel room type had been accidentally overbooked and the hotel went above and beyond to find comfortable and adequately sized space for our family of 5.

Family trip for Bowling Green graduation. This hotel room was very comfortable. They had a very nice on site restaurant and kids loved having access to the indoor pool.

The staff was great! Our rooms were very clean and well put together. It's very affordable in a good area! Great for even a fun night away with the kids to enjoy the pool!

Terrible nights rest. Beds were very uncomfortable. And those beds are NOT queen beds! More like a full. Don’t stay in the double Queen room if you plan on sharing a bed. Comforters we’re paper thin. Every clock in the room was different. And off by 5-10 minutes. Hallway noise was very loud. Woke up on the hour every hour. Hallway noise from 1-3AM was pretty loud and woke us up. AC unit kicks on for 5 minutes at a time all night and woke us up when it kicked on. Breakfast was offered at $14.99 a person. The hotel was clean with the exception of the pool. The kids were excited for the pool but it was cloudy, green and very cold. Seemed unhealthy and we kept them out of it. Room service knocked on the door at 8:15. Woke up unrested feeling like we overpaid for the experience.

Unable to use pool due to many childrens baseball teams being too loud and over full.

Kinda overpriced for the value. No breakfast included but did purchase breakfast for 4 via Hotels.com. What that ended up getting us was a $20 voucher for the restaurant, and most items were around $10. Granted kids are free but the catch is you have to eat in the restaurant does not apply to to-go orders. Skipped breakfast and go to Tim Hortons just a block away.
