Staybridge Suites Minot, an IHG Hotel

Very nice rooms for family if 5

We stayed in a 2 bed suite. I tried to check in over the phone and pay with my card. The person helping me on the phone did not know how to check in via telephone. So our family. “Meet up” couldn’t happen until late in the evening. The dresser only had one working drawer. The television in the room turned on all through the night. We had to unhook the cords after completely pulling out the dresser. We tried calling down to the front desk but the phone was off the hook all night. The heat didn’t work in the room, we froze. The pullout bed had food and leftover drink bottles stuck in the cushions. We asked for a blanket set for the pullout bed. After realizing the set only came with one blanket and pillow we asked for extra. We were told they don’t have anymore. The pool was disgusting. You were not able to see the bottom of the pool in the 3 foot area. The water was greenish brown. The morning did not get better. We arrived for breakfast during breakfast hours. The food was out. We waited 10 minutes while employees figured out who was responsible for putting out food. By the time one food item was brought out, 25 minutes later, we asked about any other food being prepared. Received no response. We had 20 eggs available to eat. Bagels were hard as a rock, sand with English muffins. Coffee was empty all morning. At 9:25 am the lights were turned off and the little food that was available was immediately cleared. All in all, the hotel was disgusting and nobody cared.

When we arrived, I told the lady working that when booking online I noticed it switched from two adults and two kids to just adults and was hoping id have the two beds. And she said, well yes, but informed me my room was not ready and fixed the problem in the best way! She was able to upgrade us. The room was super clean, and coming from me, who checks under beds, takes off sheets and pillow cases, is saying something. Bathroom was clean. Some rust spots on the tub but nothing that bothers me. Beds were super comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool! My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. We did bring our own towels, as I prefer my own, but if you need some you have to ask. We didnt hang around the hotel long or get to try breakfast. But we really enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay here everytime we come to Minot, which is fairly often.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a comfortable hotel, but rooms are getting a little dated. It has a great patio area. Enjoyed the space in our suite and appreciate the divider door between the sleeping and lounging space as I get up early and this allows me to enjoy my coffee and read without disturbing my wife. The shower had low pressure. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the great room as it allowed our family to gather for coffee. Nice breakfast. Check-in and checkout was effortless and staff was friendly and helpful.

This is such a great hotel in Minot. The two room suite with separate bathrooms (at an affordable price) is really nice for traveling with a small group or family. The hotel is super quiet, has a nice breakfast and has easy access.

Very spacious and family/pet friendly hotel. The a/c was louder than some of the other hotels I stayed at. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Nice courtyard and private movie theater for family viewing.

We liked there suites! It is a great place to stay with a family!

Overall are stay was fine, the room was the problem. When you first walk in there was a hole in the wall on the left. In the king bedroom there was, what looked to be wine stains behind the bedroom door. The two bed room door was missing a piece that stopped it from hitting the mirror directly behind the door so I had to have my kids be very careful. The sinks barely drained. I almost fell in the shower cause there is no grip on the tub and it also did not drain well. And there were even more stains inside the king bedroom bathroom door that were blue. There also was some more stains behind the living couch wall, also looked to be wine. And house keeping left a jug of water in the fridge.

Stayed with whole family. Plenty of room for everyone!
