Overall, our family’s stay was good. We found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable and we all slept well. The room was roomy enough. We liked the window seat also. The AC kept our room nice and cool. We prefer more bathroom counter space, which would be my main complaint about the room. The breakfast was just OK. Some family members had pancakes and enjoyed those. There was a choice of pancakes, danishes, muffins, yogurts, apples, bananas, oatmeal, bread for toast, coffee, juice, etc. I would have liked to see more breakfast options.

Staff was nice but everyday i would have to have them reset my key card,was supposed to stay 4 nights but left after the 3rd with couple yelling at their dogs and kids at 2:45 am,i checked out at 3 am

Like this hotel have stayed twice the rooms are nice the evening front desk staff is very kind. Day staff I went to tell her about my bath tub problems and she acted like nothing didn’t say anything just ok and the day I left took the part that broke off and again nothing not a thank you for staying with us have a good day didn’t ask nothing just kept playing with her baby

The person checking us in had a baby in her arms. There was a dog walking around the check in area. The key cards had to be recoded a second time. There was vomit on the toilet seat and blood by the sink. When we used the sink it would not drain because the latch was broken. The only good thing about this place was the pillows. It’s been a long time since I have stay in a place that pitiful.

The price I paid for this room based off previous reviews left much to be desired. I drove 400 miles to go to the fair and a concert. The staff were all very friendly but this hotel would not have been my first choice had I seen it first. Its conveniently located near everything. I stayed there with my mom and two kids. The room itself was much smaller than I imagined. The A/C gave off a musty smell but it was hot so we had to keep it on. The bathroom was small but clean. I think I could have overlooked some of it but the carpets were gross. My three year old took off his shoes, socks and his feet ended up super dirty. I dont even know how a carpet gets like that. Every time I cleaned his feet they were dirty again if he was bare foot. I dont like to leave bad reviews but this hotel can do a lot to improve. Starting with cleaning the carpets.

Great affordable hotel for the family. Window seat in our room was a hit with the kids! Breakfast was not great though. Not many options although the pancake machine was cool!

The staff was very friendly at both check in and check out. The hotel overall was clean. My room needed to be vacuumed better. The decorative hand towel on the counter had makeup stains on it. The heater/a/c was set to a/c when I first arrived. When I turned it to heat, it took apx 15 minutes to warm up and quit making noises like it was a whale singing. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission during my stay. There were a lot of kids running in the halls until almost 11pm. Not something the staff has control over.

The staff was very nice but the room was cold with a hole in the door to tbe bathroom. The tub took forever to drain. The breakfast was either muffins or pancakes. Just a grab and go breakfast. The pools chlorine content was so high that it not only started to burn when i entered the pool it left a rash all over my skin. It also ruined our bathing suits in only two swims. I dont suggest letting any small children in the pool till you get in yourself. Also be careful when you leave the building there is frozen dog poops all on the sidwalks.

The bathroom around sink was course mens hair from shaving. Previous guest left behind. The hot tub closed for service, pool open but very busy with families and some unruly children which were staying next door to us as well. Light breakfast was nice, and a short walk to Walmart. Pizza ranch across street was also very good.

Great parking. Lobby and continental breakfast was wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights, and the rooms were not cleaned, however very spacious room, great beds and cleanliness was great. We were next door to a family with children, so it was loud at night.
