it was great. the only thing missing was shampoo. I had conditioner & lotion, but no shampoo & didn't have time to call for any. I took a quick shower b4 leaving to join my kids at a robotics compertition in Grand Forks.

The room has a pull out couch that smelled like a wet dog. It was so smelly we couldn’t use it and we needed the space, so we then had 2 adults and a child stay in a small queen bed. The stay was also way too expensive for the hotel.

They helped us get a room close to the lobby so we could hang out within reach of our baby monitor. good stay. Pool was not too cold so it was great for our 2 yr old.

I had called a few days prior to see if we could get an early check in. We were told 1:30. We ended up not getting there until 2:30, but the lady at the front desk seemed rushed and annoyed and said no rooms are ready and we had to wait 30 minutes. So I loaded up my family again and started to drive around town, we were gone about 5 minutes and the hotel called to say our room was ready. We had also requested a roll away bed and were told twice at check in that it would be brought right up. I ended up calling at 11 pm when we came back after our event and they brought it up. The pool was cold and the hot tub was also cold! Literally it had cold water coming out of the jets. I had to take a hot shower to warm up after my time in the hot tub. Super disappointed.

Staff was kind and friendly hotel offers good amendities however when we stayed on tuesday the pool was ice cold to the point we bet the kids cash to see if they could stay in it for 5 minutes. The following monday we returned and the hot tub was colder than the pool.

I feel at home when I'm there. Most of the employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. It's nice to be able to get a delicious pizza after having a long day with my grandchildren. They love to have something for dinner in the pool area. My first trip was in July for my daughter's baby shower and I liked it so much I stayed another week in August after my granddaughter was born. I'm probably going to be back as often as I can in the future.
