Breakfast was Amazing!!! Love the choices. Only downfall was our room key stopped working and after getting a few new keys they still didn’t work. They had to have maintenance get it opened. The kids had wanted to go swimming after breakfast but they couldn’t.

The outside of the hotel and the main floor are elegant. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast had many options. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bedroom was not properly vacuumed and the tv stand dresser was dusty/ dirty. My toddler crawled under the dining table and came out with a used glucometer strip( had blood in it). I went to go warm up milk for my baby in the microwave and it was dirty. We were there 3+ days and housekeeping never came to do "light" housekeeping. We asked at the front desk if we needed to request housekeeping and they," no, as long as you don't put out the sign, they will clean your room". They never did.
We went to take our 3 toddlers down to the kids splash pool. The water feature did not work and the water was cold. I went to use the hot tub and it was also broken. We talked to the staff and they stated they didn't know why it was broken and had no idea when it would be fixed. The pool/hot tub is one of main reasons we stay at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, I would suggest staying at the Country Inn & Suites or the Holiday Inn Express instead.

It was geared for families; we had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite and it was perfect for what we needed. They had free continental breakfast each morning with a great variety and a great pool area with a kiddie pool, large pool and hot tub. The pool was flooded on our last day, so we weren't able to enjoy it, but the staff were really attentive and offered the kids free snacks for the inconvenience. The couch wasn't very comfortable, and the cushions kept sinking in, the chairs in the dining lobby area had a lot of wear and tear on them as well but during our stay, they did replace all of them with alternate chairs. Overall, it was a great stay, we will definitely return!!

It was a great place to bring the family. The pool was wonderful, hot tub was very warm. The breakfast layout was ample with a good variety and different each day. There was fresh fruit and the yogurt had fresh fruit choices too.

We stayed here for a family vacation after Christmas and my kids loved it!! We got a suite and it had plenty of room for all six of us and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, kiddie pool, and the hot tub. Breakfast was amazing and our stay was great!

We were in Grand Forks for UND graduation and a mini family reunion. Those of us who stayed at the Staybridge were delighted, but other family members were not so thrilled with their hotels.
First of all, the breakfasts were amazing. Great choice of beverages, cold, and hot foods. Those yummy waffles in that flippy waffle baker.
THe front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were amazing; we had a one bedroom suite with a great kitchen. So great for snacks, light meals and leftovers.
The beds, and especially the pillows were tip-notch.
Can't wait to come back!

The suites were nice having at least double the space of a conventional hotel room. Seems like a new property with pool, hot tub, splash pad, and an outdoor grill. A nice property for families. It's a dog friendly place.

Pool was closed down the entire time of our stay. There was no compensation for this. Kinda ruined the stay if you have kids.
There were not enough blankets or pillows (even after asking at desk) to accommodate the people we had sleeping on the pullout couch.
Also, there’s no ice on any of the floors. Apparently you have to turn your fridge on to make ice. Which would’ve been great to know at the beginning of the stay. Once turned on, barely made much ice anyways.
What I did like: the kitchen area is great, big fridge. The breakfast was good and had range of options.

We had a suite room with the connecting living space. It was a perfect fit for our family. It gave everyone a little room with a mutual congregating space instead of hopping from one room to the next. The staff we did interact with were pleasant. The building does show some age - slightly damaged/dinged doors, paint, hallways, etc but nothing more than cosmetics. The only surprise for us was that weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. That is about the latest start time I think I've seen. For a traveler looking to get onto the road between 7:30-8, it made our take off a little later as we wanted to take advantage of the service. I feel 7-10 may be more realistic instead of 7:30-10:30? We also could not find an ice machine but we never stopped staff to ask. Overall, would 100% stay again.
