Good hotel for a family. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was horrible and not worth eating.

King suites are nice rooms but if you do not have children request one away from the pool. We stayed near the pool this time and it was very loud. Otherwise this is a great property.

Good hotel for kids who love to swim. Pool water was warm, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast had waffles. If you don’t have kids or don’t like kids then don’t stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay there. There's alot of good reasons the hotel rated an excellent review but primarily, for us, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone there treated us like family. That means alot.

We were trying to sleep at 7pm with young children, there were so many people at the pool and in the hotel it was the worst experience we ever had a hotel, and we travel a lot. Also, there is basically no soundproofing between rooms and floors, it sound like people were going to fall through the ceiling of our room. We thought about asking for a refund but just left and ended up driving all night instead.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Went swimming with the kids and my only complaint was the pool was very cold. But everything else was great.

This is a great place to stay for families. Pool area is noisy but is well maintained and shuts down right around 10. Also to be expected when you have poolside rooms so not a complaint just an observation. Staff is helpful, breakfast plentiful and prices reasonable. Probably our new ‘go to’ hotel.

I didn't like that we did not get the rooms we had booked and paid for ahead of time. I did not like that our family could not have rooms together, not even on the same floor. That is why we booked ahead of time so we could be together. We had all traveled from a long distance for a family event. The person checking us in pretended she could not hear our complaints and would not even try to get us closer together or at least on the same floor.
