It’s was nice an quiet when we went. One of the biggest plus’s is the location in relation to the water park for the kids. It’s literally on the same parkway lot.

The pool and spa were closed which is what we wanted for our younger grandchildren. We did not check in and did not use the facility. We changed our plans and found other accomodations. We are disappointed that we were charged for a room we did not use.

Nice overall stay! Some of our family members have food allergies and I was so impressed with all the breakfast options for various dietary restrictions (gluten-free, diabetes, etc.). When staying in Grand Forks, we will be back!

The hotel was clean. The pool area had such poor ventilation, it was noticed by all the people in the pool area when they were coughing and their eyes were burning from chemicals/chlorine. We did try to get fresh air with the door open but it was a liability issue for the hotel. One front desk employee felt the need to tell us upon returning to the hotel from dinner, that quiet time policy started at 10:00 and she felt we should know since we had kids. Midnight that night we were woken by adults yelling and running through the hallway.
