We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Sylva. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hottub, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Room was nice and remodeled, but not ready at 4 check-in. Multilple families waiting on their room. First impression when arriving to parking lot was horrifying. Adjacent business looks like a junk yard for old RVs. Not a good first impression. I had hoped it was the remodeling crew, but no.

Great stay! No complaints whatsoever! Clean, updated room, comfortable bed, decent complimentary breakfast options, and best of all, indoor swimming pool! As grandparents on a mountain adventure with our grandkids, it came in very handy to pass time between excursions!

It was just “ok” we asked for a late check out upon checking in, in which the lady was totally fine with and she was very nice and friendly. At check out normal time (11) we had someone knocking on our door, explained to him we had a late check out and he said ok. My husband took our bags to the car and here comes the guy AGAIN opening our door while me and the kids were still in the room. It felt weird and uncomfortable. Probably won’t stay here again just because of that. Keep in mind the hotel was practically EMPTY so why did he park his cart in front of our door seemingly rushing us…..

Very clean hotel, quiet location, comfortable beds, quality toiletries. Hot breakfast was very good as well. Only complaint is how cold the water was in the indoor pool but that didn't stop the kiddos, only me but there is also a hot tub so... There is a gas station across the street with a Subway. Wish I had seen that before I was leaving. Was able to use DoorDash here as well but warning, everything closes super early don't wait too late to order.

I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago while traveling with family. This visit I was able to enjoy the upgrades to the facility. Both visits were pleasant.
