Our day was absolutely amazing! We came for a basketball tournament and the hotel staff were extraordinary. Their service was impeccable. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean and just provided a wonderful weekend stay for our family. We loved the location. It was close to shopping and dining. We could not ask for anything more. This will definitely be our go-to place when we come to Raleigh.

If you are displaced because of hurricane Florence DO NOT book this hotel. My family has been bouncing around to pet friendly hotels this week and booked 3 nights here. Long story short, looks like we will be able to get home on Friday and I tried to drop the 3rd night before we even checked in. Hotels.com tried to help me out but Aloft has a strict policy of no modifying reservations. I called Aloft to confirm and had a customer service representative leave me on hold for 27 minutes trying to confirm with the hotel. Never even picked up. Taking advantage of people under these circumstances is just wrong.
