I booked a king bed room —upon arrival I got my room key and went to my room only to find it was was a conference room with a large table and couches..one of the couches was a hideabed and it was pulled out—I kid you not!! I went downstairs to front desk and they said they were sorry but that was all they had, they were sold out!! I had booked the room days before…it was late and I was tired and did not want to look for another hotel..in the morning I spoke with the manager who was relatively indifferent and cut the room rate from 335 to 99.00 - And some no voy points—outrageous. I taught him some French phrases and left. Terrible and unusual experience!!

Our family stayed here the weekend of New Years for my daughters wedding. It was beautiful and very convenient to everything downtown. We would stay here again!

Very nice interior! The first room we had there was water coming from underneath the flooring. Being on the 14th that was odd. The second room we were moved to was right next to a group of party kids so was kept up most of the night. Called down to front desk at 2:30am and they said they’d deal with it. Took a little while but the calmed down.

Nice hotel for weekend stay. Was approached by someone asking for money while I was waiting in the lobby with my 11 year old child. No security to monitor who comes in and out. Expected more based on the price.

After my complaint about the obstructed view in the originally assigned 1034, the staff accommodated us well by moving us to 933 with a much better, open view. We very much appreciated that. As for the electronic key, it was not set up immediately as I requested in my Marriott Bonvoy App prior to arriving to the hotel and I was told by the hotel staff that it takes days to get activated, which did not sound like a good explanation to me. But after I complained about it the next day the staff immediately took an action and activated my electronic key so I was able to use it with my iPhone. Finally, prior to arrival I stated in my Marriott app that i wanted room cleaning every day and this was not transferred to (or perhaps has been ignored by) the hotel system/staff and I had to request it verbally at the reception desk. I really thought that the app would take care of it. Please do a better job by making sure that you monitor Marriott Bonvoy App requests and transfer them to your system. Otherwise, the stay was good, except for the noise coming from the hallways and rooms by some young college age kids who were loud, but that's something that hotels can't easily prevent, except for trying to separate loud and more quit guests on different floors.
