This was a stop on the way to our final destination for a family vacation. We get there and the pool is closed, our kids are on a different floor, and the room reeked of chemical smell. I was told we could get a refund if we left within the hour, and so we left in 15min. No refund issued. Never coming back!!

First, I think it is very weird that we didn’t have curtains that fully covered the window, only shear curtains. Not a fan. Second, we had excessively noisey neighbors that we had to call the front desk twice on. The first time was 30 minutes shy of quiet time. The second time was during quiet time hours. We had a young child and I could hear their conversation and words to the music. I’m not sure if I would stay at this hotel again or not.

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly and room was clean. The breakfast was wonderful especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

The hotel is definitely family friendly. I traveled with my family which include a 1 year old and a 6 year old. Needless to say, they touch everything in sight and in their reach. The cleanliness of the hotel, I was not scared to let them play or touch stuff. A special thank you to Melissa who assisted us with any concerns we had. Thanks again. Will definitely stay here again when visiting NC.

My family stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend. The location is great, overall the stay was nice. There were a few areas needed improvement, but for the price point I was happy with our stay. The indoor pool was untreated and closed our entire stay which was disappointing for our kids. My main complaint for the room was when we got room service, the floor was never vacuumed and our beds were not made. In all my years I’ve never seen housekeepers throw the bedspread on and not fix pillows or make bed properly for guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and for a small selection there was something for everyone. Overall, I would stay here again.
