It was very nice and safe. What I did not like was the kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on my door. Plus, I have never received my 20 dollars from each night that I stayed. I am very disappointed in that.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times since it opened. Out of town family gathers here with kids and grandkids for a reunion weekend. Management is great to work with in reserving a block of rooms near each other. Front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ll be back Thanksgiving weekend with the family once again!

The front desk was not friendly or eager to help at check in or check out. At check out the associate never even spoke to me. One of the cleaning staff wouldn’t even acknowledge me for a towel exchange so I had to find another one to help me. The pool was dirty and needs a lot of maintenance. The inside was fairly clean but had a scent of trying to mask pet odor. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot of stores but it was all very sketchy. Not a place I would want to take my family to. We were disappointed so after our business class was finished, we drove halfway home and stayed at a different hotel.
