Honestly, this is the best hotel I have stayed in with my family. We always go for something with suites already included so that our boys have plenty of space to move around, and this hotel was perfect. The ONLY downfall was that it had a shower and not a tub. The price for a tub would have been a bit too expensive for us, so we figured we could live without it and just help our boys shower. The breakfast was GREAT and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall simply the best. I will be looking for a home2 every time we go somewhere as a family from now on.

Clean. Double suite is perfect for a family of 6. Had plenrty of space. Be mindful only 1 towel, 1 coffee pod, 2 cups; eventhough it fits 4 in beds and 2 more on couch. Very comfortable needs. Great shower.

Firstly, I want to thank Nicole the young lady at the desk. She was attentive, kind and helpful and looked you in your eyes 👀 when either person talked ( I like that). The hotel looked fairly new, the room was clean, spacious, beds comfortable. The kitchen area had everything you needed except a stove top ( it wasn’t needed anyway). The breakfast could have been a little better with selections but overall it was ok. Hotel is in the perfect location near stores, restaurants and gas stations. It was fairly quiet when the kids above me wasn’t making a lot noise. Yes, I would stay again and you should stay as well.

Hotel was very clean. Pool area was nice. Room was clean. Staff responded quickly with room concerns(no shampoo in the room and the dresser was broken). Really liked how clean the room was. Having something other than a mini fridge was a bonus! Especially traveling with kids. Bathroom door was a little hard for kids to slide to open after using the restroom. Beds is where I had trouble. Very stiff mattress. To my family it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about either. So we ended up getting breakfast out the rest of our stay there. Location was good. Close to many shopping and dining options. Not much parking space.

It was located within footsteps of the mall. Breakfast choices were good. The children enjoyed the pool.

The hotel and staff were great! However they have a policy to rent out rooms so people can have parties! Pool parties birthday parties ect. This made the hotel over crowded and loud! The pool was crazy busy with kids who were ther for a party. The room next door was up late having a party! I had to call the front desk after "quiet hours" due to the loud music, kids and banging. It quieted down for a few but resumed later. I did not call again, and was finally able to go to sleep. The policy of renting to locals for parties is what will stop my from recommending or staying here again! If you want a hotel you cant relax at and are over run by locals and their children then by all means stay here. Also the breakfast was subpar, alot of the food were dried out and overcooked.

Rude staff, dirty room, and horrible management. The front desk attendant (Taylor) told me that it was my fault I didnt get the room I reserved because I booked third party through Expedia. She also told my wife that my infant son would be fine sleeping since the hotel's only roll-a-way crib was broken. This was the worst experience I've ever had during a stay anywhere.

Pros: very dog friendly, accommodating to a family gathering in the eating area, has 2 Tesla chargers. Cons: immediate area has crime/safety issues (like large gang graffiti on brand-new buildings right across the street, and shady characters hanging out in mostly empty mall parking lot right next door), and the hotel’s EV charging spots aren’t marked as such so they end up being blocked by gasoline cars.

This hotel was in a great location for what we were in town for. The facility looked newer and was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good-excellent options. Spacious room. Unfortunately, there were some negatives. We couldn’t get a good nights rest any of the 3 nights we stayed due to extremely loud people. I literally saw every hour on the clock from the time I went to bed until I got up the next morning. One night it was the folks outside on the patio that was under our window and the other nights were the folks in the room nextdoor. It sounded like they were having a party. We heard lots of people. I’d love to recommend this hotel because of all of the positives it did offer but I won’t because of the noise. I have 4 children and every time we stay at a hotel they know to be respectful and quiet as to not bother others. People have no respect for others anymore.
