Hampton Inn Sneads Ferry North Topsail Beach

I was quite taken aback to find out they did not have Keurig coffee pots in the rooms. I actually had to borrow one from family to use during my stay. Upon check out I made this compliant and was told "well we got rid of them during Covid and did not put them back" I stated you are the only hotel that does not use them and the desk agent stated "really, I thought everyone got rid of them". With all this being said, I will not use Hampton Inn for any future stay

The staff was outstanding to me and all my family and friends that stayed that week. Excellent!!!! Will definitely stay there again.

Room not ready at stayed check-in time of 3PM. There were several other families waiting also. Did not get into my room until 1 1/2 hour late.

Went above and beyond to accommodate me and then my my family.

We enjoyed our one night's stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was located a short drive from the beach and golf course; check-in was easy; parking was convenient; and our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We were there visiting family, and needed a few items from the grocery store (that was just around the corner). We also discovered a bagel shop nearby, that had a variety of delicious breakfast items (the hotel's breakfast was 'fair'; not as good as other similar hotels where we have stayed). There was construction going on directly across the street, but we never heard any loud sounds. Check-out was easy and pleasant. I requested a print out of the hotel statement; but, was told it could be found online and I could print it out myself. All-in-all, we would stay here again. The personnel were all very friendly and welcoming--those are two signs we look for, when we stay any where.

The rooms were very ckean even though I took my own cleaners supplies become of Covid 19. The room was small for a family of four. I loved that it was down thenstreetbfeom the beach.
