TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jacksonville

Very friendly and courteous staff. My family had two rooms and they were both comfortable. The breakfast selection was adequate. It's a small and cozy hotel.

This hotel was perfect for us. King suites are a little small but it worked out fine. Breakfast was hot and was good. Wish they would do waffles and more kid friendly foods for breakfast but over all it was a good stay. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff

This hotel was a pretty nice hotel, overall. We expected the room to be slightly bigger, but it had everything from a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Room is big enough for no more than two adults. We had two adults and one child with us and it was slightly cramped. We only encountered the check in staff, as far as staff members. While nice, it took her 10 minutes to check us in, due to being on the phone in the back room. She also gave no information to us about checkout time, or continental breakfast. These are small details that didn't really affect the stay overall. Would stay here again, if it were just two adults.
