Ms. Sherri was an excellent host and made you feel like part of the family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The location was within easy walking distance of everything as well.

Liked the gameroom for the kids. Need to install more hooks for towels. Perhaps also add swimsuit line over tub. There were 4 of us with too many wet things and nowhere to hang them.

The staff was friendly and and helpful. The lodge is older and quaint. We rented a space with enough room for 3 people and our dog. The King bed had a good firm mattress but the only problem was that the couch was uncomfortable to sit on and the pull out sofa was in really poor shape. I can’t imagine even a small child being able to sleep on the mattress that just felt like it was all hard coils and no padding left. One of us slept restless on the couch while the other two people in our party were comfortable on the bed. I would recommend that the lodge definitely replace their sleeper sofa for a better quality. Also, many of the outlets didn’t work. The lamps wouldn’t turn on because the outlets were not working.
