My stay was very comfortable. Room was clean, breakfast was good and plenty. Staff was professional and welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

The staff were super helpful. We had someone staying next to us who was loud, shouted at her kids, and screamed for help at 1am on our floor. We requested a room change and the staff were very understanding and placed us in another room far away from all the commotion. There were a lot of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

When I arrived I was not greeted with a welcome, the attendant was unprofessional, I had to provide my address to him more than three times and he acted as though I was an inconvenience to him. This was a poor customer service for my first experience with Wingate. I probably won't stay at this Wingate again nor refer any family or friends.

The staff was courteous, helpful, responsive and professional. Hotel was clean, quiet, & well maintained. Checked out early & did not experience free breakfast. My accommodation at Wingate totally met expectations. Would recommend to friends & family.
