unfortunately we are very dissatisfied and disappointed. we arrived in the first room, there was a dirty toilet, the tv is broken, the room smelled like urine and when we went to make the bed on the couch for my son, the mattress pad was stained with yellow huge stains on mattress pads and pillows. There a big party a few rooms down where they are very loud. I went to let the gentleman at the front desk know and he quickly moved me to a room on the same floor which was very kind of him. This room though has a broken curtain, no blankets for three couch bed and there's no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go back to the other room and take blankets and pillows for my kids so they could go to sleep. When we woke up we noticed that the shower did not work and the curtain in the room was broken on the floor! This was the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to! In the morning, some lady started yelling at me to love my 1lb chihuahua away from her even though it’s a pet friendly hotel! Would never come here again and I deserve a full refund.

Stayed 1 night with the family of 6. I like how the we fit comfortably perfect. Room is big enough for all of us and dont feel cramped. These hotel chains never fail with their hot breakfast.

Ck in was a breeze and the person who ckecked us in was so professional. The folks who stayed above us was no stop parading back & forth and had a child who was running back & forth at 12:30am and then again 6am. Very annoying, we called at 12:30 the front desk and they were going to call them. Otherwise our stay was fine

My husband and I really enjoy the hotel itself. The only complaint would be the two dogs that barked non stop across the hall and the children running and screaming up and down the halls.

It was good stay only one problem the walls to thin u can hear kids running and jumping in room above us ridiculous

I was very impressed with the size of my room. I had my nieces and nephew stay with me and there was plenty of room for all of us. I liked that there were two TVs in the room, for the children could watch what they wanted and I could watch what I wanted. Our room was also very clean. We all also enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning. Also everything was convenient as far as restaurants, movies and the Cross-Creek Maill was all within the vicinity. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Fayetteville. Also for the amenities, I thought the rates were very good as well.
