Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville

My children and I love the indoor pool and hot tub, the restaurant is also pretty good and convenient, they love the breakfast bar. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Mr Ford was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We look forward to staying at the Garden Inn in the future. We very much recommend staying here. The cleanliness was impeccable.We were there to attend a funeral, with everything going on is was pleasure to have a comfortable facility to rest at. Thank you Hilton. Mr/Mrs Boyens & family

Excellent experience all around. The ladies who assisted us at check in were genuinely kind and warm and even engaged with my children (11 and 10 y/o). This place is great for familes of all ages, though. We booked it for the hot tub and indoor pool, bith of which were enjoyed thoroughly by all 4 of us. I had my best sleep in weeks since the last time I'd been on my own Purple matress, to which there is no comfort comparison. I work out of state, so when i have to travel additionally on my weekends, comfort is important. The kindness of the staff was a lovely cherry on top. I was awoken by a knock from housekeeping our first morning because the room did not have a "Do not disturb" sign, but to be fair it was 1030am and we should have been awake! As it happened, we did need a 4th set of towels so that was convenient. I asked for 1 but was given 2 fresh sets without question. If i travel to this town again we will stay here again without question. To the lovely women at the front (black lady and asian, maybe Filipina? lady, I dont remember names..), thank you for making my children feel welcome when they're so often treated as a nuisance or outright ignored at most hotels.

Well this property management was very unprofessional from the beginning to end. But the thing that got me feeling the worse was when they told me that if I cannot control my dogs barking they will put me and my kids out their property. I mean the property is pets friendly I make sure that it was before booking plus IAm paying for my dogs to stay there and so they’re dogs how will you expect me to control them to not bark i mean they even does it here at our house when they hear someone Knocking on the door, plus if that’s the case why would you guys have a pets friendly property if y’all will give y’all customers a hard time during their stay. Not to mention me finding a bugs crawling on my sons beds in the pillow but when I grab it and when downstairs to front desk y’all didn’t want to make it a big deal and just said “okay ‘ we give you 50$ dollars discount and don’t even offer me a better solution or offer change of sheets I’ll was the one asking for it and I change the sheets. Y’all got me messed up by this. Plus having my kids with me oh y’all when above. Oh and they contact me after I check out asking me if I took their beds comforter because the housekeeper didn’t see it….. I told them that she didn’t see it in the bed is because I didn’t wanna do her job so I only used the insert parts so I left everything else in the bag she brought me and put it outside in the hallway. That place is the worst place I have ever stayed in…..

I reserved the room for my mother to visit us and celebrate a family event. KaHari (sp?) was the young man at the front desk who helped coordinate her arrival and make sure everything went smoothly. He was awesome! I wish every hotel desk employee was as capable and pleasant. He made everything easy.

I've stayed at many hotels, and some have been great, some have been not so great. Our stay at Hilton was among the best. The AC was great, the pool was clean, and the staff was so pleasant. Our check in person (I can't remember her name) was awesome and everyone was so helpful. I think this will be my go to hotel for visiting friends and family in the area
