This property was very clean and the rooms are exactly as pictured. The staff was very friendly and in good spirits even with all the events and customers that was coming through the doors. Everyone received respect and it is very kid friendly. Breakfast was on point and also check out was easy. Only thing I was not impressed with was the size of the pool.

We stayed in room 207. We barely slept because there were children above us that was running until after 11pm and then around 6 the next morning. I called the front desk. They acted as if she didn’t care. She didn’t ask them to quiet down. Then the next night there was more running. No need to say anything because they will not do anything. All I ask is that if you’re charging almost $250 a night we should get some type of consideration and grace. Don’t act like we are bothering you when asking you to do your job.

We have an amazing stay. We attended a wedding and spring break for 2 kids. This hotel gave us more than we needed. Spacious, clean and Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly and nice staff. We will definitely be staying here if ever we come back to North Carolina.

This was a very nice hotel. They were clean, the staff was nice. My kids definitely enjoyed their stay and would love to go back. And I feel the same.

Stayed here for the Jr. Olympics. Upon arriving the front desk staff made sure my daughter had a room furthest from the other kids that were competing so she could get her rest for competitions. The rooms were cleaned daily and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel room was worth the money. However, there were many children hosted and this made the hotel noisy pretty much through out my stay. Unfortunately there was little that the management could do about the noise.

Clean and beautiful! Great place to stay for large families!!! 2 comfortable queen sized beds and a sofa bed with trundle.
