Had a very bad experience with this hotel!! Mattress was extremely dirty!!! When asked about the mattress from front desk clerk! She became very defensive!! Asked to speak to Hotel Management regarding the mattress condition and the manager refused to talk to me!! Manager stated “If you complain about this room and mattress you will be have to check out immediately!! Front Desk Clerk and Hotel Management refused to replace mattress or move me and my family to another room!! I ended up going to the Marriott!! Much better service and room condition!! Please people do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel!!!
