I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greensboro Coliseum Area. The staff, especially Leslie and Quaeyana, were exceptional. Their friendliness and professionalism demeanor were definitely the highlight of my stay. They both went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed and comfortable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they consistently showed genuine care and attentiveness. Thanks to them, our stay was not just enjoyable but memorable. I would definitely return!

Very clean hotel, polite staff, and excellent customer service from the attendant in the breakfast dining area! Would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable, clean place to stay. Our room allowed for 6 people but only had 3 bath towels and 3 washcloths when we arrived. We kept having to run down a few dirty towels and washcloths to the front desk before we could get more......I felt like a child that couldn't be trusted to use the hotel towels without some level of supervision. Never had this happen at another hotel.
