Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

The property was clean quiet and near stores and highways. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting family.

This hotel is way too big and consequently under utilized. Lots of empty space and bars and cafes not open? 81 degrees and the poolside bar not open? I believe it caters more for the convention center rather than the family traveler.

Beds were exceptional. I slept like a baby. Rooms and lobby very neat. My only complaint is that I t’s time to replace the carpet. They smell old.

We stayed in Greensboro for a family reunion. I didn't realize the ambassador suites were in the tower! It was perfect for members of the family to return and unwind! The dining room table for eight was mesmerizing! We will definitely return!

I stayed for a night alone with my three young children and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Every single person I came into contact with smiled and tried to help me as we struggled to move around the hotel. It truly made a somewhat stressful stay so much more pleasant!

Facility was very clean, staff friendly, pillows too soft my my liking. Unfortunately, some kids decided to bang in out door in the middle of the night and run … but that is not related to the facility

This is a great property with awesome amenities. My only complaint is that it was very noisy with lots of kids and people in the lobby. It seemed to be a VERY busy weekend with lots of hotel guests in town. The bar was overcrowded and understaffed. The staff that was present were very nice despite the ridiculous crowd.

I never leave reviews but since I am unable to actually speak to someone at the Sheraton Four Seasons I am. During our 9 hour trip to see our daughter at college family weekend we received an upsetting phone call regarding my husband's mother's health. We had lots of time in the car & were able to make arrangements for family & friends to care for her so we can continue our trip. We were staying 4 nights Thurs-Sun, but we could not get someone for mom on Sunday so we had to leave 1 day early. Before even checking in we reached out to Hotels.com, spoke to Mohit, who reached out to the Sheraton and worked this out so that we could checkout one day earlier to get home for mom without penalty or a charge. I received a confirmation in writing from hotels.com with a confirmation # and they also provided the name of the person at the Sheraton in reservations (Adam) who was assisting & confirmed. This did not take place - we were charged the 179.00 for the last night. I called Hotels,com and called he Sheraton numerous times. The reservations and billing at the Sheraton Four Seasons and left message after message and not one person returned my call. Hotels.com notified me this morning that the Sheraton will not agree to the terms that they previously agreed to and w would be required to pay for the last night that we were unable to stay and still no call from the Sheraton. I have cancelled all future reservations due to lack of concern and care

They had a conventioin which was fine but someone who did not work for the hotel was directing traffic. There were no luggage racks they said people were keeping them in their rooms. pool was closed for baptism not sure how you close a pool for that reason to people who paid almost $300 for the room. upon check out we were told we could not take a luggage rack up to the room we had to wait for a bell hop. No one ever brought one after 45 minutes we left and took three kids and all of things on our own. I reached out to the Hotel they apologized in an e-mail and nothing else was offered. We have stayed here before on our way to the beach will not stay there again.
