Best Western Plus Edison Inn

We needed a couple of nights' stay while visiting family, and Best Western was excellent. Our room in the fridge extension area was quiet, and 2 double beds sis the trick for the 4 of us. Everything worked and the beds were plenty good. Front desk teammates were great, and breakfast service was solid as well. Recommended.

The staff was amazing! We stayed while attending a family funeral. The hem on my dress was undone. The receptionist helped me remedy the hem and get on to the funeral. She was wonderful! The receptionist who checked us in the night before was gracious and made us feel so welcomed!

Bad experience at this hotel. They charged my card then stated they didn’t see the charge. Had to confirm it’s my bank the funds was taken out. So it was an error on the hotel end. Check in took almost an error because of their system issue. Same with checkout took over an hr and I was late for a family function. The manager was nice it the front desk rep was very rude and inconsiderate of others

This hotel was exactly what we needed, a crash pad for a concert we were attending. Although the building and amenities (furnishings, blankets, towels etc) were well worn, everything was very clean. Linens were bleach white and had no stains, a little threadbare, but the cleanliness is what we cared about. The room was also very clean, including the bathrooms. Excellent water pressure and good air conditioning. Again, the hotel definitely has age on it, the mattress was saggy/lumpy.. but for the price, I have no real complaints. The hotel was 3/4 full with families, sports travelers, couples and retirees but the halls were quiet and we easily slept until 8am. Breakfast was basic, but hot and met our needs before hitting the road to return home. I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

There's lots of trash in the parking lots and the rooms and hallway carpets are causing some pretty bad smells throughout the building. And there's only one ice machine for the whole building. Also, check the expiration date on the condiments and items in the mini fridge at breakfast. Lots expired yogurts, jellies and cream cheeses. When the staff was informed she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I'll let management know". For almost a $100/nightly I believe my family deserves better than listeria and salmonella poisoning with open and flagrant disregard. BOLO with this hotel choice.

There is no way this hotel is 8.4 / 10 like hotels.com says. This place is beat up. hotel doors are locked during the day because of the neighborhood? chunks of carpet ripped out randomly. a 4 inch long divot was cut out of the carpet next to the bed all the way trough the padding. there was hardware on the wall for a picture but no picture. I tried to cancel my reservation when i showed up but the policy would make me forfeit the first night deposit. i canceled the second night and they changed the rate from the booking. I usually like best westerns, and trust their brand, but this was horrible. if my family was with me I wouldn't have stayed.
