Not for extended stay. No closet, drawers, safe. No carpet in any rooms; people above are heard walking, moving luggage, dropping items. thin walls and doors. Had 4 spots for EV recharging, no signage reserving spots for EVs. Non EVs parked there many days. Great staff and breakfast. Lots of games for whole family to play.

Our stay was awesome!! All of the associates were friendly, very welcoming, personable!! We felt like family while staying there!! This is not our usual experience when staying at other hotels! From the initial greeting to out last goodbyes, Tru is definitely different, in a very good way!! We even made some life long friends!!

Everyone was very kind. The rooms were clean, and the soap dispensers were very cool! The breakfast was delicious and the pancake maker was impressive! We loved the fun environment, and enjoyed playing games in the lobby with our family like foosball in Jenga! We also enjoyed meeting new friends by the fire pit! We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend Tru to our friends!

Everything was great except kids running in the hallway up to around 1am. No I didn’t complain because it was a Saturday night and they were kids. Breakfast was ok but the eggs didn’t taste right. I stay at Tru because they have become my favorite, but this was the first time at this Tru, the one I stay at about 30 miles away was booked up. Will stay here again if I can’t get in the other one.

Tru By Hilton was conveniently located to my family in Garner but the property was so warm and inviting. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Overall stay was good, however within 15 minutes of our family checking in to the hotel we received a phone call from the front desk accusing us of being noisy for the past few nights. My husband told them we literally just arrived and have not been physically in the state of NC prior to that day but was continually told to keep the noise down. Not exactly the best first impression after just walking through the front door.
