Front desk service was not great. A bunch of kids who were not very social and acted like they rather be home. Room was nice and clean. Bath tub drained slow when taking a shower. Pool was nice but hot tub was not very clean and there were no towels when we went down after dinner

Overall a decent hotel that is what you would expect for the money. However the cleaning staff needs to do a better job and be more attentive with the bathroom as my family found several pubic hairs and other hairs throughout the bathroom primarily stuck to the back of the bathroom door.

This was the closest hotel to Brevard with an indoor pool and free breakfast, which is helpful when traveling with kids. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. I’m thankful for the protein choices. The only thing that was off was the strength of the chemicals in the hot tub. My eyes and my husbands eyes were burning and watering because of the chemicals. We loved the courtyard where we brought in dinner with the kids one day.

This was a personal/family business trip. The property is extremely clean, staff super nice, enjoyed the breakfast, and had a great time with my grandson in the pool. He has requested we stay here next time we travel. Definitely recommend.

We arrived and took off to see family. There were no available parking sites We are handicapped and have the proper parking stickers. The handicapped parking was taken with construction trucks and we found out a lot of spaces were emptied out, we were told to go to the overflow lot. It was a clinic and not happy we were there the next day

Would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. The night staff wasn’t pleasant to speak to and they gave one of our rooms away as we called and told them we would be arriving late. Due to driving 9hrs from Florida. Once we get our room.. (the last room) comes to find out the ac doesn’t work at all and have to sleep with windows open. Non of my party felt comfortable taking a shower here because of rust in the shower.. overall unhappy with this hotel and will never be coming back.

The staff here are inconsiderate, lacking empathy, rude and down right have no heart. Don’t be a local and try and find a safe place to stay should something be wrong with your home/family. I paid for a room and was denied check in, at 8pm at night with my two young toddlers, because I’m a local. Oh, and, trying to get a refund, FOR A ROOM I WAS DENIED, took numerous days, at least 5 phone calls, numerous managers. Don’t go here, find somewhere else.
