My wife and I were heading south and in order to miss Hurricane Debby we decided to hunker down for a night and found this charming resort on line. Secluded, family oriented, hiking nearby and an excellent rstaurant on site. we will return for a longer stay!

It’s a real beauty here at this property. Enough amenities for a family to enjoy. Pretty upsetting that when we arrived-for our stay, the extra bed wasn’t pulled out or atleast had clean linen to pull out and make the bed ourselves;since our reservation did note 4 guests. When pulling out the bed-found a wad of hair and dirty fitted sheet only available. In the closet-found a pillow but no pillowcase cover and a couch cover for a pet stay. Pretty upsetting and not the best for our stay this time around. Maybe next time. ☹️

Terrific staff, beautiful property. We enjoyed the comfortable studio apartment that had all we needed. The only unpleasant factor was the obnoxious family in the cabin over us.

The hotel itself was ok but the room they put us in was in the basement with a door to an adjourning room with no sound barrier and next to the boiler room and the laundry room and below the kitchen. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Added to all of that there was a child in the adjourning room that kept talking up until 10 pm and was coughing for most of the night and we could hear everything. We called the number listed on the email because there is no reception area or front desk to go to. We requested to be moved to a different room we were told that the hotel was sold out and to allow the kitchen workers to complete their work and the noise would stop. Light was passing through the door and windows and just when we started to get some sleep it was time for breakfast and the loud stomping noise started again. We wish we could we have our money back and one be put in these two rooms in the basement anymore. We were there for a wedding and wanted a nice place to sleep after a long trip. We were very disappointed. The only positive thing about our stay was the food at the restaurant.

Beautiful cottages. Brand new. Lots of room with the turn down couches. Overlooking the mountains. Located in the quiet countryside. The jacuzzi felt great. The kids absolutely loved it. Very nice stay.

We arrived late due to a family members passing at a near by hospital and booked this property at a late notice. When we arrived we were exhausted. There is no check-in and although we were emailed instructions on entering the building, we had to call the hotel to receive entry. The after hours clerk was so kind and made sure we got into our room with no issues. At first glance, the property seems to be an old home turned into a hotel. The home is beautiful and the room is very large. The beds are very comfortable and large. We did have to open the windows while we slept because it was so hot in our room, however we didn’t have time between arrival and sleeping to let it cool down. The bathroom is very nice with an awesome heater that keeps the room warm. Everything was updated inside the room and the room was large enough to fit another blow up mattress on the floor even with TWO king sized beds. When leaving the resort the next morning, we drove around the property and saw the cute cabins. It was evident that this property is growing and still in development. (This did not affect our stay what so ever). I am looking forward to seeing the finished product and will definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a neat place! It was a unique set-up and quite memorable! We loved that there was a full-sized fridge. The bed was memory foam, which isn’t my favorite but it was in good shape. There are a couple items for breakfast in the bigger building. We booked the honeymoon cabin with mountain-view, but we could really just see trees, as we were in a lower duplex. I would recommend getting an upstairs duplex so you can see and so you don’t have noise from above. Thank goodness our upstairs neighbors went to bed at a decent time and got up about the same time we did. These might not be the best for kids as there is a step that goes all the way across the room and is easy to miss. Also, you park on the side of the road next to the buildings, which was kind of awkward and could be difficult for bigger vehicles. There aren’t many spaces, either.

I really enjoyed staying here. Love supporting a family owned business. The bed was really comfortable, great shower, easy to access room. I loved not having to check in and really liked the small kitchenette. The property was easy to spot after dark as it was lit up pretty well.
