It was a nice, clean room. Plenty of space for my family of 5. The pull-out couch was great for my son. The pool was also nice after a long drive. Only issue were the guests across the hallway with their loud music. Left their doors open with the extra lock so they could go back and forth between rooms and were in & out constantly past 11 pm. We finally called the front desk and it all settled down. Not really the hotels fault. There are a lot of people living here for construction jobs but everyone was nice and kind. Would come back for a quick stay but not for a long trip.

Hotel is amazing. Didn’t expect much for the night stop on the way to my vacation destination. Hotel is super clean and modern. Room 202 was with crispy clean bed and smelled clean and fresh. At the breakfast just a regular omelet surprised me with home cooking taste. I are hundreds of them in a family types hotels and that one looked the same as usual but taste was amazing .

Great location for our trip to visit with several family members. Hotel met all our needs 5 stars. Would definately stay here again. I would rate it higher than the 8.2 rating. Great value!

I liked the location of this property, primarily, because it was close to a lot of the places I needed to go, and also because it was not extremely close to the traffic snarls of downtown Asheville. However, the carpet in the room where my daughter and her family stayed really needed to be shampooed (my grandson's feet got dirty when he walked on that carpet bare-footed).
