This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel establishment! The maid service was terrible. The customer service was definitely sub par. My family stayed 2 nights at this hotel and not once were we given new towels or wash clothes (even after requesting it), nor did they make the beds or straighten up the room. I will never stay here again and I will advise others to do the same. The hotel is not up to date and had some of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen. The hotel and service were definitely not worth the price paid!!!

Clean property, room was comfortable, clean and had high ceilings making it feel more spacious. Having the pool was a nice bonus for our family since it was very hot! The employee working at the breakfast on Sunday morning was fantastic - upbeat attitude, checking on everyone, brought us bottled waters and coloring sheets/crayons for my kids. The breakfast in itself was really good. The only negative was someone smoking marijuana on the pool deck one night around my kids and family. We cannot be around smoke for a number of health reasons.
