The staff was very accommodating to our family needs. They were very friendly and professional. Hotel needs some updating and bar service needs to reinstate and onsite restaurant.

We stayed 3 days/2 nights. Queen suite with pull out couch. The room was dated, and the bathroom need serious attention. The tub has stains near the drain. I attempted to scub them but they didnt come out. The shower wall looked very patch-up. The bathroom needs an over haul. There is no ice machine on floors but I was told if I wanted ice I must cut on ice maker in freezer. But if I needed ice I would have to come down stairs to get it (it was 11:30pm). So we did cut on ice maker, but it never made one piece while we was there. The 2 elevators was super slow and the one on the right took us down to pool floor but doors would not open. I push floor 1 and it took us back up. Me and my son got off told maintenance. He went to check it. We didn't use that one the rest of our stay. The patio/grill was very old looking and weathered. None of the outdoors furniture was taken care. So we didnt dare let our children sit on them. Looks as if spider webs, dead leaves and dirt was on them. But we chose this hotel for its location, basketball court and inside pool. Those 3 things was on point. So I would give them 5 out of 10 scoring. Would we stay here again? Maybe, but it would not be our 1st pick. The staff was super nice and helpful. Overall lobby, bar/ eating area was super clean. Breakfast was good and the bed slept good too. Would we recommend this hotel? no, only because it needs updating to enjoy all parts of it. We didn't come just to slept in bed but to enjoy the all parts.

Overall, we had an acceptable but mediocre experience. Rooms are spacious and have nice kitchens, which is a plus for a family or a couple staying a bit longer (like us). However, the facilities are outdated including unreliable HVAC (room was either boiling or freezing), old televisions, and subpar showers with small tubs and shoddy water pressure. We did not recieve any room service despite our multi-night stay (which seems to be the default in hotels post-COVID) and had to reuse towels and linens. Complimentary breakfast was actually good, with eggs/sausage in addition to cold cereals and fruit. We did not use the pool or gym facilities, but they did look nice. There is also a nice grill and fire pit area. Onsite parking is convenient, and it is nicely situated in an area with restaurants and amenities. They did appear to be in the process of updating, so I would consider staying again post-renovations; otherwise, the facilities, while acceptable, as-is are not worth the price tag in my opinion.

Sparse staff was at desk was excellent and accommodating. The cleaning was erratic— floors never cleaned, beds never changed, surfaces not wiped and erratic service times —-had to call desk 5 times to have housekeeping. Again—- managers hustling while service personnel dropped the ball. I was there a week and very busy. Returning at night was met by clean towels, dirty sheets and floors and counters. Don’t stay here if you are interested in dry elevator floors or quiet—- children run rampant from pool to bbq pit screaming their heads off without parental oversight.
