Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

The Sheraton Chapel Hill is a nice property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the property to family and friends.

Nice hotel. Good location. We were traveling with an infant and suggested a room further away from other guests (for their convenience) but staff apparently forgot about us because housekeeping never cleaned the room? We we’re only there for two nights but it was pricey and I was disappointed when we returned to unmade beds and used towels!😞 Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The most fabulous property I have ever experienced. The club room includes breakfast in the morning and appetizers from late afternoon till night. Highly recommended to the family with kids.

This is a newly renovated hotel. Nice design/decor. Comfortable beds and linens, and superior HVAC. In the rennovating they shrunk the bathroom to a postage stamp and forgot to provide any counter or shelf space. The (new) shower fixtures leaked (and flooded the bathroom). The soap and shampoo is wall-mounted in the tub/shower but wasn't filled -- or re-filled even when specifically requested.They replaced a food server in the cafe with a robot (not kidding!)

All staff encountered were friendly and accommodating. As a 25 plus year HR professional I feel there are areas of liability for the brand. Water temperature from the fucets is extremely 🔥 hot for children and adults. I was washed my hands upon arrival and the hot water scalded my hands I was traveling with children ages 6 and 8 so each time they went into the restroom I had to enter with them to prevent injury. They are independent but this put them at risk. My daughter age 6 slipped in the bath tub hitting her rib area on the side of the tub. She was standing on the back flat surface of the tub on the end where it's curved as she stepped in. This is a risk for children, elderly anyone. It shoukd bevgrooved surface to prevent falls. Bugs in the room on the 2nd floor. During my 5 day visit i killed a spider, worm and a centipede. On my first day I discovered a pill on the carpet from a previous client. This was immediately reported and given to management. As a mother with two young children in the room, this was concerning. I requested this be shared with house keeping because this could have been a huge liability if ingested by a child. The staff extended access to the club fir a day which was nice but obtaining acfree meal was not my intent. This was a serious matter that ciuld have been deadly if the pill was ingested by a child. I hope my comments will bebtaken seriously and remedial actions will be taken Tonya L.
